2012 Goals

2012 Goals
Okay, here it is.
Start Weight - 261 lbs
Goal Weight - Size 13 or 170 lbs (whichever comes first)
Lose 2lbs per week the healthy way
Exercise 20 mins per day (6 times per week)
Eat healthy cutting out breads and pastas
Drink my 8-10 glasses of water per day.

I can do this.


  1. honeybadgerheather said: Just for reference, I don’t recall your height, but I’m 5’7” and when I was down to 176 two summers ago I was in a size 14 from American Eagle. So your goal should come at about the same time!
