I Am Back
I am here again. Not even sure if I have one follower left but I am back.
I have fallen off the wagon.
Pretty sure I have gained most of the 50lbs I lost.
I am disgusted with myself.
I am ashamed.
Some days I hate myself for doing this to myself AGAIN!
I need to start over.
I WANT to start over.
So it begins today.
