2012 Goals
2012 Goals Okay, here it is. Start Weight - 261 lbs Goal Weight - Size 13 or 170 lbs (whichever comes first) Lose 2lbs per week the healthy way Exercise 20 mins per day (6 times per week) Eat healthy cutting out breads and pastas Drink my 8-10 glasses of water per day. I can do this.

Moved, Christmas and BLAH
I know I haven’t been here and I apologize. Our basement flooded the day before we were to move, it snowed moving day, my house is 75% done.  Christmas is overwhelming me this year. And I didn’t weight myself today because I suck. I will tomorrow.

I Hope It Is Contagious
I am hoping this change back to healthy living is contagious.  Dave has been watching himself just not as good as he could.  I am getting my playlist ready for the gazelle tonight. I can’t wait! I am here again.  Not even sure if I have one follower left but I am back. I have fallen off the wagon. Pretty sure I have gained most of the 50lbs I lost. I am disgusted with myself. I am ashamed. Sunday Workout
It is hotter than Hades here right now but last night I decided to hop on the gazelle I got half way through when a friend came and grabbed me for a bike ride.  So, instead I spend a half hour riding my bike.  I love bike rides! Day by Day
Thursday evening was the bike ride, I took Friday off and yesterday  I did 30 minutes on the gazelle and 10 on the stationary bike.  I am so happy to be back in the groove.  I feel good about myself again. Awesome Workout

It is on!
I am committed to losing this final 58lbs.  I have found several recipes I am going to try out.  I am back to eating salad for lunch and loads and loads of fruit. The workouts are coming along, I am going to start getting more intense with those. The best thing of all?  I AM LOVING IT!!

Changes
Wow…2 days away and they change things!!  I am going to have to relearn Tumblr…lol Anywho, I am still doing circuit training and tonight I will start a little Pilates/gazelle/exercise bike regimen at home.  Cannot wait. Still kind of battling the healthy eating because I am sick of a lot of things.  Anyone have some delish tips for a twist on salads??

Present and Accounted For

I Am Getting There
I have slowly been making my way towards that 2 km goal by the end of the year.  I have been doing 1 minute run 2 minute walk.  Tomorrow I go to 2 minutes run and 2 minutes walk. I am so happy and excited to be doing it. Slowly I am working it all out. Hope you are all doing well.  I miss you!
