Someone posted this idea for visually tracking your weight loss. I thought it was a great idea and a trip to Michael’s and Target later I’m $12 lighter and nearly done making my own. Neat!

Weigh In:Week 4

Start Weight: 264 lbs

Last Week: 256 lbs

This Week: 255.8 lbs

Loss: .2 lbs

I weighted in after I ate breakfasr though.

BUT STILL LOST!!!

WOOHOO!!!!

2012 Goals

2012 Goals
Okay, here it is.
Start Weight - 261 lbs
Goal Weight - Size 13 or 170 lbs (whichever comes first)
Lose 2lbs per week the healthy way
Exercise 20 mins per day (6 times per week)
Eat healthy cutting out breads and pastas
Drink my 8-10 glasses of water per day.

I can do this.
